U.S. Fulbrighter Conducts Research at the American University in Cairo

Mr. Spencer Case, an American Fulbright student, is conducting research on “Islam’s Forgotten Humanist: an Explication of Miskawayh’s Ethical System” while  affiliated with the American University in Cairo.  Mr. Case graduated from Idaho State University in 2009 with a degree in Philosophy and Creative Writing.  In 2012, he took his M.A. degree in Philosophy from the University of Colorado. He served as a U.S. Army journalist and completed military journalism training at the Defense Information School (DINFOS) at Fort Meade, Md. in 2004. The Commission extends a warm welcome to Spencer!
