U.S. Fulbrighter Conducts Research at Cairo University

Ms. Michelle Liguori, an American Fulbright student, is conducting research on “The Supreme Constitutional Court, Religion, and Egypt’s Constitutional Transformation” while affiliated with Cairo University. Ms. Liguori graduated from Amherst College in 2006. In 2012 she took her J.D. degree in Law from Harvard Law School. The Commission extends a warm welcome to Michelle!
