Fulbright Egyptian Student Program Grants

(Applicants can apply to only one Student program grant)

Master’s Degree

The program provides fully funded master’s degree grants for university graduates to study in the U.S. in all fields of study for a maximum of two years.

Arts Grant

The program provides fully funded grants for professional artists who wish to attend master classes and/or conduct field research in applied, fine or performing arts for 6 to 9 months in the U.S.

MBA for University and Research Center Leadership

The program provides fully funded Master’s Degree grants in Business Administration (MBA) in the U.S. for Egyptian full-time faculty members at Egyptian Universities or Research Centers who have a proven track record of leadership and commitment to developing the administrative and educational systems at their home institutions.

Ph.D. Joint Supervision

The program provides fully funded grants for students registered in Ph.D. programs at universities in Egypt to collect data and/or conduct research for their Ph.D. degrees under the joint supervision between a supervisor in Egypt and an American co-supervisor in all fields of study in the U.S. Candidates selected under this program spend up to one academic year at an American university to conduct doctoral dissertation research under the supervision of their American co-supervisor.

Visiting Student Researcher

The program provides fully funded grants for students registered in Ph.D. programs at universities in Egypt to collect data and/or conduct research for 6 to 9 months in all fields of study in the U.S.

Islamic Studies

The program provides fully funded grants for graduates of Islamic Studies from relevant faculties at Al-Azhar University or the faculties of Dar Al-Ulum to pursue graduate studies in Islamic Studies in the U.S.

Foreign Language Teaching Assistant Program (FLTA)

The program provides opportunities for early career English teachers or professionals in related fields to study for one academic year in the U.S. and to enhance their teaching skills and increase their English language proficiency.

Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program

The program provides an opportunity for young and mid-career professionals to develop their professional, managerial and leadership skills through a 10-months program in the U.S.
