Community College Initiative Networking Meeting

The Fulbright team hosted a Community College Initiative (CCI) networking meeting and information session in collaboration with the Minister of Higher Education’s Advisor on Technical and Vocational Education Dr. Ahmed El Sabbagh. Presidents in attendance represented the following 15 technological universities and colleges: New Cairo; Delta; Assiut; Samanoud; Beni Suef; Thebes; East Port Said; 6th October, and Borg Al Arab technological universities as well as Matariah; Middle Valley, South Valley; Port Said, Quesna, and Mahalah technical colleges. The event was also attended by the Ministry of High Educations’ Technical Colleges Project Manager, Head of the Central Administration for Technical Education Affairs; and vocational education consultants representing Ain Shams and Assiut universities.

استضاف فريق فولبرايت لقاء وندوه تعريفيه بالشراكة مع السيد مستشار وزير التعليم العالي لشئون التعليم الفني د. احمد الصباغ. وتضمن الحضور ١٥ رئيسا يمثلون الجامعات والكليات التكنولوجية التالية: جامعه القاهرة الجديدة والدلتا وأسيوط وسمنود وبني سويف وطيبه وشرق بورسعيد و٦ اكتوبر وبرج العرب إلى جانب الكليات الفنية بالمطرية ووسط الوادي وجنوب الوادي وبور سعيد وقويسنا والمحلة. كما حضر اللقاء السيد مدير مشروع الكليات الفنية بوزارة التعليم العالي والسيد رئيس الادارة المركزية لشئون التعليم الفني وخبراء في التعليم الفني من جامعة اسيوط وجامعة عين شمس.
