Commission is represented at the European/Transatlantic Fulbright Diversity Conference in Berlin, September 22- 23, 2018

Dr. Maggie Nassif, BFCE Executive Director joined more than 180 guests from 20 countries who participated in the first European/Transatlantic Fulbright Diversity Conference. The two day event was a dialogue “across borders, across disciplines, and across our differences as human beings and citizens of this world’ as Dr. Oliver Schmidt, Executive Director of the Fulbright Commission in Germany described the sessions which reflected  ongoing work by a task force of European Commissions’ directors, staff and Fulbright grantees who are identifying challenges and resources to facilitate cultural exchange which is the essence of Senator Fulbright’s vision.
