U.S. Fulbright Student Enrolls in AUC’s Forced Migration and Refugees Diploma Program

A Ph.D. candidate at the University of California – Berkeley has enrolled in the American University in Cairo’s Forced Migration and Refugees program. She is Ms. Natoschia Scruggs. Ms. Scruggs earned a B.A degree in political science and international relations at York College and is currently completing her Ph.D. degree in African Diaspora studies and migration. Ms. Scruggs hopes to use her diploma to compare Egyptian and U.S. resettlement policies. The Commission extends a warm welcome to Ms. Scruggs!
