U.S. Fulbright Student at Center for Arabic Study Abroad

A graduate student at University of California – Los Angeles will begin intensive Arabic language studies at the Center for Arabic Study Abroad (CASA) in Cairo. She is Ms. Alice Helene Mandell. Ms. Mandell earned B.A. and M.A. degrees in Ancient Near Eastern Studies from UCLA in 2006. She will attend the CASA Program hosted at the American University in Cairo. Ms. Mandell is in Cairo under the auspices of the Binational Fulbright Commission in Egypt’s U.S. Student Program. The Commission extends a warm welcome to her!
