BFCE’s annual English Language Conference, June 2026
The Binational Fulbright Commission in Egypt (BFCE) hosted its annual English Language Conference, attended by representatives from 31 public Egyptian universities, national universities, and Al-Azhar University. Participants included deans, department chairs, faculty members, teaching assistants, and a distinguished group of Fulbright program alumni.
The guests were welcomed by members of the Fulbright Egypt Commission’s Board of Directors, including Mr. Ruben Harutunian, Minister Counselor at the U.S. Embassy in Cairo, and Dr. Mostafa Refaat, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council of Universities. Dr. Ola Adel, Vice President of King Salman International University and Coordinator of the Languages Committee at the Supreme Council of Universities, also delivered a speech highlighting the committee’s activities.
استضافت هيئة فولبرايت مصر المؤتمر السنوي للغة الإنجليزية بحضور ممثلين من ٣١ جامعة من الجامعات الحكومية والجامعات الأهلية وجامعة الأزهر. وتضمن الحضور عمداء ورؤساء الأقسام وأساتذة وهيئة معاونة إلى جانب لفيف من خريجي برامج فولبرايت.
وقام بالترحيب بالضيوف أعضاء مجلس إدارة هيئة فولبرايت السفير المفوض بالسفارة الأمريكية بالقاهرة السيد روبن هاروتنيان و د. مصطفى رفعت، الأمين العام للمجلس الأعلى للجامعات و د. علا عادل، نائب رئيس جامعة الملك سلمان و منسق لجنة اللغات بالمجلس الأعلى للجامعات.
