BFCE Visit to Port Said University, April 2026
President of Port Said University Professor Dr. Sherif Saleh welcomed Dr. Maggie Nassif, Executive Director of the Fulbright Commission accompanied by Ms. Noha Salah, Senior Program Officer. The meeting focussed on opportunities available for young talent from Port Said Governorate to travel to the United States to study, train, and conduct research.
The meeting was attended by the Vice President of the University, Dr. Mohamed Kamel, as well as the Director of the Center for Career Development and training Dr. Heba Youssef Soliman.
The Fulbright team also met with the deans and vice deans of the faculties of Education, Art Education, Engineering, Science, Law, Nursing, Physical Education, Information Technology, and Business Administration to discuss ways for collaboration with the Commission.
استقبل أ.د. شريف صالح، معالي رئيس جامعة بورسعيد، د. ماجي نصيف، المدير التنفيذي لهيئة فولبرايت وبصحبتها أ. نهى صلاح مسئول برامج أول لعرض الفرص المتاحة لشباب محافظة بورسعيد للسفر للولايات المتحدة للدراسة، والتدريب وإجراء الأبحاث. وحضر اللقاء السيد نائب رئيس الجامعة أ.د. محمد كامل والسيدة مدير إدارة التدريب ومدير المركز الجامعي للتطوير المهني أ.د. هبة يوسف سليمان.
كما اجتمع فريق فولبرايت بالسادة عمداء ووكلاء كليات التربية والتربية النوعية والهندسة والعلوم والحقوق والتمريض والتربية الرياضية وتكنولوجيا المعلومات وإدارة الأعمال لمناقشة سبل التعاون مع الهيئة.
