U.S. Fulbright Specialist at the National Center for Educational Research and Development

Dr. Faten El Azazzy, President of the National Center for Educational Research and Development welcomed U.S. Fulbright Specialist Dr. Lucinda Spaulding, Professor of Special Education and Director of Special Education Programs at University of Lynchburg who is in Egypt collaborating on a project titled Strategies for Teaching People with Disabilities. Dr. Spaulding was accompanied by Fulbright- Egypt Executive Director Maggie Nassif and Senior Program Officer Mai Ayad.
