Fulbright Commission Hosts an Alumni Dinner in Mansoura in Honor of U.S. Specialist Visit

Vice President of Mansoura University Dr. Mohamed Attiya welcomed Fulbright-Egypt Executive Director Maggie Nassif accompanied by Senior Program Officer Mai Ayyad in Mansoura. The Fulbright team traveled to the Dakahlia Governorate to host a Fulbright alumni dinner in honor of U.S. Specialist Ananta Baidya. Mr. Baidya is a California based consultant who is at Mansoura University to train facility engineers on cost effective solutions to retrofit buildings for the accessibility needs of students and faculty with disabilities. The gathering was attended by Fulbright alumni of the Egyptian Scholar, Scholar in Residence (SIR) and Foreign Language Teaching Assistant (FLTA) programs from the faculties of Science, Veterinary, Arts, Education and Kidney Center. They were joined by the Mansoura University Disability Center team.
