GOVERNOR OF DAMIETTA WELCOMES THE FULBRIGHT COMMISSION’S TEAM, MARCH 2024
H.E. Governor of Damietta Dr. Manal Mikhail welcomed the Fulbright delegation led by Executive Director Dr. Maggie Nassif at an iftar hosted by the Fulbright Commission in Egypt at the Steigenberger Hotel El Lessan in Ras El Bar. Dr. Nassif was accompanied by the Commission team and alumni from Damietta, Mansoura, Alexandria and Port Said.The Commission was honored with the presence of Dr. Hemdan Rabie, President or Damietta University; Dr. Moawad El Kholy, President of New Mansoura University; Dr. El Saeid Abdel Hady, President of Horus University, and Dr. Yehia Al Mashad, President of Delta University as well as leadership from the governorate, the chamber of commerce, professors, school principals, and students.
H.E. Governor Manal Mikhail noted the importance of the partnership between the governorate and the Commission which aims at developing the skills of the youth of Damietta through Fulbright opportunities.
رحبت معالي محافظ دمياط، د. منال ميخائيل بوفد هيئة فولبرايت بقياده المدير التنفيذي د. ماجي نصيف وفريق عمل الهيئة وخريجيها من محافظات دمياط والمنصورة والإسكندرية وبورسعيد وذلك في الافطار التي استضافته الهيئة بفندق شتيجنبرجر اللسان بمدينة رأس البر.
وشرفت الهيئة بحضور د. حمدان ربيع معالي رئيس جامعة دمياط و د. معوض الخولي معالي رئيس جامعة المنصورة الجديدة و د. السعيد عبد الهادي معالي رئيس جامعة حورس و د. يحيى المشد معالي رئيس جامعة الدلتا الي جانب لفيف من قيادات المحافظة والغرفة التجارية والأساتذة ومديرين المدارس والطلاب.
واشادت معالي المحافظ بالشراكة المتميزة التي تجمع بين محافظة دمياط وهيئة فولبرايت لتنمية مهارات الشباب من خلال منح فولبرايت المختلفة.
