BFCE WELCOMES ITS NEW BOARD MEMBERS

This year the Commission welcomes new members of the Board of Directors under the leadership of His Excellency- Minister Ayman Ashour as Chair of the Board of the Binational Fulbright Commission in Egypt: New Treasurer, Mr. Ruben Harutunian, Minister-Counselor for Public Affairs at the U.S. Embassy in Cairo; Dr. Mustafa Refaat, Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Universities; Dr. Mohamed Hamza, Head of Cultural Affairs and Missions Sector at the Ministry of Higher Education and Dr. Sherif Saleh, Head of the Central Administration for International Students’ Affairs join Mr. Wick Powers, Director of the Office of Education and Health at USAID/Egypt and Mr. Raymond Miller, Founding Partner of rmc (raafat.miller.consulting) who continue to serve on the Board joined by BFCE’s Executive Director Dr. Maggie Nassif who performs an executive role.
