The Binational Fulbright Commission in Egypt (BFCE) was honored to visit Cairo University and meet with Dr. Mohamed Elattar, University Vice President and Dr. Heidi Bayoumi, Director of the International Relations Office. Dr. Maggie Nassif, Executive Director of BFCE and Ms. Mai Ayyad, Fulbright Senior Program Officer were accompanied by Dr. Hoda Elmaragy, representing the Ministry of Higher Education’s Cultural Affairs and Missions Section to discuss ways for collaboration.
