BFCE at the Global Forum for Higher Education and Scientific Research at the Egyptian New Capital

The Binational Fulbright Commission in Egypt (BFCE) was honored to participate in a panel at the Global Forum for Higher Education and Scientific Research at the Egyptian New Capital. The panel was led by Her Excellency Minister Rania Al Mashat and hosted and attended by His Excellency Minister Khaled Abdel Ghaffar and members of the BFCE Board of Directors, Dr. Ayman Ashour and Dr. Ashraf Azazy.
