On February 23rd 2021, the Binational Fulbright Commission in Egypt (BFCE) hosted the 2nd episode of the Global Fulbright Alumni Digital Dialogues which engages Fulbright alumni from Egypt and countries around the world – in discussions on reconstructing the COVID-19 challenges in education to empower online teaching and distance learning. The webinar featured three speakers from Spain, Greece and Egypt. Ms. Nanor Demirjian, Lead Academic Adviser and Country Coordinator for Education USA at the Fulbright Commission in Spain spoke on Embracing Change : Tools for Successful Virtual Programming; Dr. Mohamed Salheen, alumnus of the Fulbright Commission in Egypt, Professor of Integrated Planning and Design, Faculty of Engineering at Ain Shams University Engineering and Director of the Integrated Urbanism and Sustainable Design (IUSD) Program & Lab spoke on the

 IUSD Experience in Hands-On Learning & Research at the Phase of Social Distancing and Beyond and Dr. Maria Gazouli, alumna of the Fulbright Commission in Greece, Associate Professor of Molecular Biology, Department of Basic Medical Sciences at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens spoke on Distance Learning Perspectives: Outcomes and Challenges. The event was attended by a global audience from the United States, Egypt and several European countries.
