Dr. Hala Saeed, Minister of Administrative Reform and Her Deputy, Ms. Ghada Labib Welcome the Fulbright Team on Wednesday, July 11, 2018

On July 11, 2018, Dr. Maggie Nassif, Fulbright Executive Director; Mr. Asser Waheeb, Senior Program Officer and Ms. Reem Alfred, Program Officer were received by Dr. Hala Saeed, Minister of Administrative Reform and Her Deputy, Ms. Ghada Labib at the Ministry where they discussed ways for the Fulbright Commission to support the Ministry’s efforts to train public servants and modernize the public administrative processes. The team met with the leadership at the Ministry and then gave an information session to a large audience of mid-career professionals from different ministries. The presentation covered opportunities for fully funded Master’s degrees; one year collecting data for PhD candidates; community college opportunities for graduates of technical and vocational institutes and information on the currently open competition for the Hubert Humphrey Program for mid-career professionals.
