U.S. Fulbrighter Conducts Research at the Academy of Arts

Mrs. Leticia ElNaggar, an American Fulbright student, is conducting research on “Nay Performance in Classical and Folkloric Egyptian Musical Contexts” while affiliated with the Academy of Arts.  She took her B.A. degree from Columbia University in 2011, majoring in Middle Eastern Studies. Mrs. ElNaggar is in Egypt with her husband Amir Zuhair ElSaffar. The Commission extends a warm welcome to them both.
