Humphrey Fellow at University of Minnesota Law School

An Egyptian Hubert H. Humphrey fellow in the field of law and human rights is enjoying his fellowship year at the University of Minnesota law school. He is Dr. Ibrahim El Ghazawi, an officer with the Ministry of Interior. Dr. Ibrahim received a B.A. in law from the Police Academy in 1985, and in 2007 he completed a Ph.D. in law at Ain Shams University. He is in the United States under the auspices of the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship. The Commission congratulates Dr. Ibrahim on the award of a Humphrey fellowship.
